Privacy policy

This policy covers Glidigo for Android, its browser test version, and the Glidigo pages at games.corehive.org. The developer is Sphere Games. For privacy questions or requests, email games@corehive.org.

Your progress stays on your device

Glidigo does not require a player account. It saves your unlocked and completed levels, current puzzle and preferences on your device. We do not operate a cloud-save service or a player-profile database.

The browser test version uses IndexedDB and localStorage for saves and recovery. It coordinates open game tabs to prevent one tab from overwriting another. These features support testing; they are not advertising trackers.

Local saves remain until you clear them, remove the app, or your browser or device removes the stored data. There is no cloud copy that we can use to recover them.

Advertising on Android

The Android version uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded hints and occasional ads between levels. Google's advertising SDK processes identifiers, IP addresses (which can indicate an approximate location), interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. This advertising-related processing is separate from the optional crash-reporting setting below.

Google's consent service checks which privacy choices are required. Ad requests wait until that service permits them. Where available, you can revisit Privacy choices in the game's settings. You can also manage the advertising ID in Android settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily disable all advertising.

The browser test version does not use AdMob or show these in-game ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosure.

Optional crash reports on Android

Crash reports are off by default. If you enable them in settings, Firebase Crashlytics sends technical reports to help us investigate failures. These can contain crash traces, app and device information, installation identifiers, and game context such as the level, language and recent level completions. We do not attach a player name or email address.

You can turn reporting off again in settings; restart the app to apply the choice throughout the reporting session. The app asks Crashlytics to delete unsent reports. Turning it off or clearing local storage does not erase reports already sent. Crashlytics may keep pending reports locally while automatic sending is disabled.

The browser test version does not use Crashlytics. We do not integrate Firebase Analytics. Details of Google's processing and retention are in the Firebase privacy information.

Website hosting and support

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Requests can involve IP addresses, request and browser information, and network/security records. Cloudflare processes this information to operate and protect its services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We have not added a website analytics or advertising script.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please send only what is needed and remove unrelated personal information from screenshots. Support correspondence is kept for handling the request and necessary follow-up.

Control and deletion

To delete Android progress and settings, clear Glidigo's storage in Android's app settings or uninstall it. If you use the browser test version, clear site data for games.corehive.org in your browser to delete its saves. That browser action can also remove data for other games on the same site. These actions reset your local progress.

For privacy or data requests, contact games@corehive.org. Tell us which service and issue your request concerns, without sending passwords or sensitive account details. Local deletion does not delete information already processed by Google or Cloudflare; their handling and available controls are described in the linked policies.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their policies describe their international processing and safeguards. We will update this page when Glidigo's data practices change and show the updated date above.
