How do I move the pieces?

Swipe across the board in one of four directions. Every piece moves in that direction until something stops it. You can also tap the arrow buttons below the board, or use the ↑ → ↓ ← keys on a keyboard.

Bring each piece to its matching dock. Both the color and the symbol identify a match: mint dots, a coral ring or a lavender diamond. A piece that reaches its dock is collected, leaving more room for the others.

Walls and other pieces can help you stop in the right place. A swipe that moves nothing does not add to your move count. There is no timer; take as long as you need to plan.

What do the special cells do?

  • Stop pads: entering a pad ends that piece’s slide. It can leave on the next swipe.
  • Portals: entering one pad transfers the piece to its partner and ends its slide there. An occupied exit blocks the transfer. The arriving piece does not immediately travel back.
  • One-way gates: a piece can pass through only in the direction shown by the arrow.

New ideas arrive in introductory puzzles before being combined in later chapters. Think about where all pieces will finish, including the one you are not trying to move yet.

What counts as Perfect?

Complete a puzzle in the displayed target number of moves or fewer, without using hints or undo during that attempt. Restarting begins a fresh attempt, so you can try for Perfect again.

Any completed puzzle opens the next one. You do not need Perfect to keep playing. The game saves your best results; replaying a board with a higher move count does not erase a better result.

There are 144 puzzles across 12 chapters. Use the chapter map to return to an unlocked puzzle.

How do undo, restart and hints work?

A normal attempt starts with three undos. Each undo restores the board and move count before the previous move. Introductory puzzles marked with an infinity symbol allow unlimited undo while you learn.

Restart is always free. It resets the current board, move count and assists, including your three undos. It does not erase other completed puzzles or saved records.

A free hint shows the next move from your current position when the solver finds a route. Using a hint or undo keeps the puzzle playable but makes that attempt ineligible for Perfect.

Android 0.3.0, browser and Linux have no ads or rewarded videos. In Android 0.4.0, an optional earned video can provide a three-move plan or three additional undos, once per attempt for undos. One-step hints and restart remain free. If a video is unavailable, you can keep exploring or restart for a fresh attempt.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress and settings save automatically on your device. This includes your unlocked puzzles, best results, current attempt and remaining undos. Reopen the game and choose Continue to return to an unfinished puzzle.

There is no account or cloud sync. Saves do not transfer automatically between devices, browsers or the installed game, and Sphere Games does not have a remote copy to restore.

If you use a browser test build, its save belongs to that browser profile and this website. It is independent of your Android save. Private browsing and browser storage cleanup can remove it; a fresh visit also needs a connection to load the game files.

If a save seems missing, try the same device and browser profile before clearing any data. Clearing app storage removes local progress. Clearing site data for games.corehive.org may also remove saves for other games hosted on this website.

Can I change the sound, motion or language?

Settings let you switch music and sound effects on or off separately and adjust their volumes. Haptics can be disabled on supported devices. Reduced motion simplifies movement feedback while keeping the rules and state of the board clear.

Choose the system language or one of these 18 in-game languages:

English · русский · українська · Deutsch · français · español · italiano · português brasileiro · polski · Türkçe · Bahasa Indonesia · العربية · हिन्दी · 简体中文 · 繁體中文 · 日本語 · 한국어 · Tiếng Việt

The system option selects a supported language automatically and otherwise uses English. These website pages are in English.

Where can I get Swaydock?

Get Swaydock for Android on Google Play. It is free to play, and all installed puzzles remain playable offline. This site shows actual gameplay footage and screens.

Features depend on the version installed: Android 0.3.0 has no ads; Android 0.4.0 adds Google AdMob advertising and privacy choices. Android 0.5.0 is being prepared with optional crash reports, off by default. Browser and Linux versions have no advertising or crash-reporting SDK. The game is intended for adults aged 18 and over, with no player accounts or in-app purchases. The privacy policy explains each version’s data handling, reporting controls, local saves and support messages.
